Tragedy Strikes as SA Hip-Hop Star Junior King “Passed Away”
South African Hip-Hop artist Junior King, whose real name is Dugulth Ferreira, reportedly passed away as a result of a car accident near Bloemfontein.
Messages of condolence are flooding social media, with many people in disbelief and others expressing gratitude to Junior King for entertaining them over the years.

This tragedy comes days after releasing his latest album called “The Revenge Album”. The album is available on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube and contains 28 tracks with features from Mr Moody, Kattie Music, Kay Madusa, and Kay Philander, to name a few.
Junior King (29) stepped onto the music scene as a hungry young man from Gqeberha, formerly known as PE, captivating audiences with his amapiano dance moves before embarking on the Hip Hop scene. Creative, talented, and sometimes controversial, Junior was very outspoken and confident in his ability and managed to set up his own dance school.
Together with Kay Madusa, he traveled across South Africa performing at schools, nightclubs, and concerts, bringing joy and happiness to young people, singing their songs at social gatherings and imitating their dance moves on TikTok.
As South Africa mourns the passing of the talented rapper and artist, it has not been officially declared by medical officials or relatives. This is a developing story.
