The Boylouw Sport Ground was buzzing this past Wednesday as local rivals Magnolia FC and Amstelhof FC faced off. In a game filled with goals and high energy, Magnolia FC walked away with a hard-fought 3-2 victory.

How the Goals Happened

The match started with Magnolia FC missing a few early chances. Amstelhof FC took advantage and scored first to take a 1-0 lead. However, the lead didn't last long.

• The Equalizer: Magnolia’s Lionel Fortuin was tackled from behind in the box. Micheal “Rashford” Cupido stepped up and scored the penalty to make it 1-1.

• The Lead: After some great passing, Lionel Fortuin assisted Benji “Gupta” Adriaanse, who found the net to put Magnolia up 2-1.

• The Cushion: Just before halftime, Lionel Fortuin scored a goal of his own, making it 3-1.
