Shandré Campbell: The Teenage Sensation linked to the PSL’s top clubs

SuperSport United starlet Shandré Campbell attracting huge interest from local and international clubs.

Shandré Campbell, who is only 18 years old already performs as a key player for SuperSport United. He is a tricky left winger who can also play all the positions up front.

Originally from Boksburg, he joined the SuperSport United Youth Academy and made his debut against Richard’s Bay in August 2023, since then he has been in and around the 1st team squad.

Standout performances against Orlando Pirates where he scored two goals and assisted one goal can attest to his ability. Currently, Campbell is linked to South African giants like Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs, and Mamelodi Sundowns.

Overseas teams such as Belgian side Club Brugge are also keeping close tabs on Campbell, with an expected offer to be made soon for the teenager. The Matsatsantsa will be keen to hold on to their teenage sensation as they look to mold and nurture him into a top-class player.

According to Campbell Bafana Bafana star and Premiership veteran, Lyle Lakay was his football idol growing up. He looks up to Lakay in terms of his technique, skills, and the trophies he has won.

Shandré also stated that Lakay helps to keep his head on straight and tries to guide him in the right direction.

With his wand of a left foot, pace, and skills in one-on-one situations Campbell will surely make an impression wherever he goes.
